- We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used except in the case of a manufacturer defect.
- For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or issue any refunds or credits for color cosmetics or skincare products. Please make your selections for these items carefully!
- Any returned merchandise received back in our warehouse without a proper "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) is not eligible for a refund or credit and will be returned to the purchaser. For details on how to obtain an RMA, see our return procedure below.
- All credits and/ or refunds are subject to approval and acceptance by Parfum1.com.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and carton.
- Shipping charges will not be reimbursed except in the case of manufacturers' defects or if there was a shipping error on the part of Parfum1.com
- Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.
- If your original purchase was paid for with a credit card, the card number on file will be credited for the full amount of the unopened / unused merchandise.
- If your original purchase was paid for with a check, the credit amount for your unopened/unused merchandise will be applied to your Parfum1.com account and can be used toward future purchases. You will be notified via email of the credit amount and the credit memo number.
- If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your original purchase, you will only be entitled to receive a refund or credit for the portion of your purchase that you were charged for. You will not receive a refund or credit for the coupon amount.

- Please complete the "RMA Request Form" by clicking the link RMA Request Form
- Within two business days of submitting the "RMA Request Form" you'll receive an Email indicating a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA), along with further details on how to properly send back merchandise.
- RMA's are only valid for 30 days.
- Please pack returns carefully using proper cushioning material.
- Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse, a refund or a credit will be issued and you will be notified via Email of the amount.
For credit card refunds, please allow two billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your credit card statement.
For credits posted to your Parfum1.com account, you'll receive a credit memo number that can easily be applied towards future purchases. Simply enter your credit memo number in the appropriate space during the checkout process and the total amount of your credit will automatically be applied.
All credits and refunds are subject to approval and acceptance by Parfum1.com.
