Shipping Methods & Charges

Parfum1.com makes every effort to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day, but please note that it may take 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. We are on Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 11am EST will not be processed until the next BUSINESS day.

For all orders please note the following:

• We can not accept orders for more than 12 items.
• PO Boxes can only be shipped via the Standard Shipping Method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned or refused packages and unclaimed or undeliverable packages, unless their was an error on our part.
• Signature is required for 2 Day service. We reserve the right to require a signature and we may do so for orders of a certain amount regardless of delivery method.
• Orders are not processed during holidays or on the weekends. Please be aware that orders placed after 11am EST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. It may take 1-2 BUSINESS days, after it is processed, to prepare your order before it is shipped.
• Holiday Shipping - We strongly suggest that you order 7-14 BUSINESS days before a major holiday to guarantee you receive your shipment in time.

For all International orders please note the following:

• For all international orders, the shipping address MUST MATCH the billing address.
• Parfum1.com will not be held responsible for restrictions that may exist in your region. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the local laws and policies governing the importation of items offered for sale on our website before you place an order.
• Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Any applicable taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly advise you to contact your local Customs Authority to find out about any additional taxes or duties that you may be responsible for.
• Once your package arrives in your country it will be handled by your Customs Authority and then handed over for local post office or DHL delivery.
• In the event that you refuse a shipment and it gets returned to Parfum1.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
• Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported to your local DHL office or Post office and a claim must be filed accordingly.

Shipping Confirmation

After submitting your order you'll receive an Email verifying that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped you'll receive an additional Email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.

We ship to over 30 countries using DHL, US Postal Service and UPS. Please see the country list below.
